Service Writer Role

Papé Machinery, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Writer to join their team in Poulsbo, WA. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service and warranty work orders
• Assist in shop workflow
• Check in equipment for repairs
• Assist customers

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
