To transport and deliver customer goods safely, legally, and on time while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with team members, supervisors, customers, and vendors in a cooperative and professional manner.
  • Provide WOW customer service by building and maintaining effective communication with carriers, vendors, and internal and external customers.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of equipment, temperatures, and seal integrity.
  • Safely operate and maintain equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, timely, and legible.
  • Secure cargo to prevent damage and accurately count product prior to signing at shipping locations.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as trained and certified.
  • Regular and consistent attendance, training, and mentoring of team members as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years old.
  • Current valid CDL A License with ability to maintain.
  • One year of Class A tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) Hours of Service.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
  • Ability to perform basic math computations and identify/verify numbers.
  • Possess depth perception to properly operate equipment.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to accommodate flexible schedules and travel locally, regionally, and/or over-the-road for deliveries.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to independently lift 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be able to sit continuously for long periods while driving.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and squat on a frequent basis.
  • Must be able to step up onto and down from truck multiple times per day.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather and withstand fluctuating temperatures.
Compensation:

The pay range for this position is starting from $27/hour.
