Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a Total Productive Improvement (TPM) and continuous improvement (CI) environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance support to production equipment, ensuring uptime and quality
  • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, drives, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and line call maintenance on production machinery, documenting all work in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve TPM objectives and improve overall maintenance efficiency
Requirements
  • Associate degree with 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and associates
  • Understanding of TPM principles and ability to participate in TPM initiatives
  • Electrical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
