CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Exhibit exceptional selling and customer service abilities to drive sales.
  • Utilize company resources to develop robust selling techniques and reinforce brand vision.
  • Meet sales and service metrics in critical measurable areas such as units per transaction, dollars per transaction, and customer conversion rates.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple customers and projects.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Actively assist management in enhancing store performance.
  • Ensure meaningful selling interactions that foster strong brand relationships.
  • Support all service initiatives to cultivate lasting connections, including the use of personal business tools.

Fashion Insight:

  • Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with the brand image.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends, particularly the brand's vision for new arrivals.
  • Seek knowledge about all new products, including details on fit, color, and style.
  • Leverage product knowledge and fashion insight to create outfits for customers and suggest complementary items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience in specialty retail preferred.
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficient in operating computer systems with intermediate skills.
