We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in MA. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
- Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (R.R.T.) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (or eligible).
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist by the State of Massachusetts.
- AHA BLS required.
- ACLS obtained within 6-months of hire.
- NRP required or obtained within 6-months of hire.
- PALS preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Prior experience required.
This role requires the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The role also requires frequent reaching and handling, and occasional stooping and crouching.
Work ScheduleThis is a 36-hour per week, 12-hour day shift position with a schedule of 7:00AM-7:30PM.
