Our medical imaging and guidance system employs advanced real-time 3d graphic capabilities and proprietary software that is sold to surgeons and hospitals all over the world.

as an electro-optical-mechanical assembler, you will be primarily responsible for the assembly alignment and testing of eom devices for medical 3d applications, including 3d cameras and 3d beam splitters. You will also assemble complete systems into self-contained roll-around carts, pull parts kits from inventory to prepare for upcoming camera builds, package and prepare outgoing shipments as well as unpack and log incoming shipments.

the estimated hourly salary for this position is between $26 and $34 per hour. Your base pay will be determined by various factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands.

key responsibilities:

  • execute manufacturing processes in the production of medical devices for microsurgery by performing the following duties: assembling eom systems, adhering to good manufacturing practices, following esd policy, and accurately recording product information.
  • perform work in accordance with released product specifications, interpret instructions furnished in written or oral form, and identify problems to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • collaborate with qa personnel to ensure compliance with product specifications and recommend continual product improvements.

requirements:

  • demonstrated expertise in electro-mechanical manufacturing in a high technology environment with at least 5 years of experience.
  • familiarity with optical assembly, stereoscopic 3d imaging products, and iso 9001/iso 13485 quality management system manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
