This is a part-time role that necessitates availability to work on designated weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate incoming orders received through the internal system
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients who have not placed orders
  • Prepare documentation and billing for operational processes
  • Assist in the logistics of delivery routes
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Maintain an organized filing system and customer database
  • Process refunds for clients and manage special requests

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred experience in bookkeeping or general accounting for 1-2 years

  • Participate in cross-training for various administrative tasks
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
