Job Summary

Syntegon Technology is seeking a highly skilled Machine Vision Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our inspection division, you will be responsible for creating, completing, and optimizing vision system recipes for the inspection of pharmaceutical injectable medicines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement vision system recipes for pharmaceutical injectable medicines
  • Work with COC on Artificial Intelligent technologies and custom vision applications
  • Perform machine installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, modification, and particle sensor parameter setup
  • Support other types of pharmaceutical packaging and inspection equipment within the inspection division
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Science/Engineering Degree
  • Minimum of one year of application experience using Vision Systems, Halcon, or Cognex
  • Driver's License
  • Passport or ability to acquire a passport

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift items up to 30 pounds, maneuver equipment for placement, and bend down and work within lower areas of machine

Travel Requirements

  • 75% overnight travel, largely in North America, and occasional international travel
