About the Position:
We invite applications from skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Labor and Delivery team at Chippenham Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to delivering mothers and their newborn babies.
- Act as a mother's guide through her stay, ensuring seamless communication and emotional support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.
- 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- 1 year of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
- Current client or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of $110,000 - $125,000.
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000.
