Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 7 years in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on automation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced QA or automation certifications are advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
    • Strong grasp of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Aptitude for analyzing complex technical challenges and devising effective solutions.
    • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (e.g., Java, Python).
    • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
