We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Ability Builders ABA Co. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills and experience in ABA therapy. You'll work closely with experienced Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans, guide skill acquisition, and manage behaviors in clinic and classroom settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one and group ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD
  • Implementing behavior plans and tracking progress under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate records and data collection via various documentation tools
  • Participating in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education opportunities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in pediatrics or ABA is preferred but not required
  • To pass an initial background check and drug screening
