Position Overview

Become a vital member of our esteemed organization, contributing to a premier entertainment venue that prioritizes outstanding service in a vibrant atmosphere. As an Infrastructure Systems Specialist, you will leverage your technical acumen to manage and enhance our systems architecture, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance in system management, including domain setup, active directory, group policy, security protocols, and antivirus solutions.
  • Oversee DNS configurations, print server management, and web/IIS server maintenance.
  • Design, implement, and sustain our Windows server environment while defining and upholding technical standards.
  • Act as a key resource for troubleshooting infrastructure and server-related challenges, supporting the Help Desk team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent industry-recognized certification.
  • Proven expertise with MCSA: Windows Server 2012 or later.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in managing enterprise-level client/server applications.
  • Extensive experience with data center hardware, including servers, enclosures, racks, and security devices.
  • Thorough understanding of network monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and identity management solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, HTTP, Active Directory, DHCP, and WINS.
