Position SummaryWe are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Shipping Clerk on our 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday - 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours during peak periods.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory through posting and researching movement tickets.
- Conduct daily cycle counts within our expansive 1.2 Million Square Foot distribution center.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and preparing Excel spreadsheets for inventory-related data.
- Utilize logical problem-solving skills to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Monitor designated areas of the warehouse for damaged products and pallets.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Distribution Management Team.
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a large facility.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
