Position OverviewAs a Radiation Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the treatment of patients diagnosed with cancer through the application of radiation therapy. Collaborating closely with radiation oncologists and the cancer care team, you will work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and cancer centers.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize medical imaging and operate radiation equipment to deliver precise treatments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Contribute to the overall care and well-being of patients undergoing radiation therapy.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- ARRT Certification is required.
- BLS Certification (AHA) is mandatory.
- Current state license (if applicable).
- Private housing or a generous housing allowance.
