NetSuite Principal Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Principal Consultant to join our team at SystemsAccountants. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating project teams, implementing plans, and enabling business process reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to implement NetSuite solutions
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients
  • Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes
  • Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from the client's existing system to NetSuite
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience
  • Ability to participate in multiple engagements actively, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel
  • Experience leading full-cycle implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant
  • Experience mentoring and upskilling Jr. consultants
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex implementations and managing client expectations

Compensation Note: The compensation listed is OTE, which includes base salary and utilization bonus. Base compensation ranges between $130k and $170k, based on experience.
