As a Security Surveillance Specialist, you will be instrumental in protecting our valuable assets and reducing incidents of theft and fraud. Your primary responsibility will involve continuous monitoring of all casino areas through advanced closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee CCTV operations to ensure the safety of company resources.
- Prepare and supply video evidence to supervisors or management as needed.
- Maintain professional interactions with regulatory bodies.
- Report any concerns to the Surveillance Supervisor or Manager promptly.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.
- Assist other departments with information and support related to asset security.
- Adhere to all applicable gaming regulations and guidelines.
- Obtain and keep a valid gaming license.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English, particularly with management and colleagues.
- Solid mathematical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Capability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a casino or surveillance role is preferred.
