About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at i-Health Inc. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images for physicians' use in diagnosing and treating illness or injury.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, providing clear instructions and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate patient files, including internal and external films, and ensure seamless communication with care teams.
  • Prepare, clean, and stock work areas with supplies, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain necessary precautions for exposure to static magnetic fields and non-ionizing radiation/radiofrequencies.
  • Communicate implant safety concerns and expectations to care teams and patients, ensuring a comfortable and safe MRI experience.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved program.
  • ARRT Certified in Magnetic Resonance or a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in an MRI department required.
