Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our mortgage lending team, you will be responsible for guiding homebuyers through the entire loan process, from application to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate high-quality loan applications and submit to the processing department
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the Homebuilding Sales team to support monthly sales goals
  • Provide excellent service to builders and homebuyers while meeting yearly performance goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and new product offerings

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in conventional and government loans
  • Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, and State housing loans
  • Strong selling, customer service, and vocational skills
  • Four-year degree preferred
