Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge Rocky River. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality eyelash extension services with attention to detail and precision
  • Educate clients on proper lash care and maintenance techniques
  • Promote our product lines and membership programs to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology or Esthetics license in good standing
  • 1+ year of experience as a Lash Stylist (preferably)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation for occasional weekend shifts
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to ongoing learning and development

About the Compensation:

  • Estimated salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

  • Paid vacation time - 10 days per year
