Position Overview

DiningRD is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) for a consulting role within skilled nursing and behavioral health facilities. This position can be filled as either a Part-Time or 1099 role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must possess NDTR/RD credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • State licensure may be required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in consulting or long-term care is preferred, though various factors will be considered.
  • Ability to embody our core values: Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, and Understanding of Others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting MDS assessments, including Section K and CAA.
  • Documenting care for residents identified as high risk for nutritional issues.
  • Engaging in the care planning process.
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Overseeing the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality through routine audits.
