Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at AgencyQ. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered experiences for our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience in creating user-centered design solutions, as well as excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating design concepts, and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client interactions from research through ideation, design, and development.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior and motivations.
  • Conduct user research, create design concepts, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, including component-based and template-based design systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer.
  • Strong online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Agency or media experience a plus.
  • Experience in B2B, government, and/or healthcare a plus.
