The Role
- Full-time opportunities for General Medicine Physicians in 100% ambulatory or split hybrid settings.
- Participate in teaching and mentorship within Parkview's ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.
- Core faculty positions available for physicians interested in primary teaching roles.
The Practice
- Typical patient volume of 18-22 patients per full day.
- 5 patient clinic days and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
- Fully integrated EMR system with EPIC for inpatient and outpatient care.
- Access to a comprehensive spectrum of specialty support within Parkview Physicians Group.
- Multiple locations in Allen County, Fort Wayne, available for this position.
- Data-driven provider and staff ratios to optimize office efficiency.
- Minimal call burden with dedicated access center triage nursing staff and call sharing with 13 other internists.
- Option to include hospitalist shifts as part of FTE or work extra shifts for additional compensation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive starting salary in the top quartile compared to national and regional benchmarks.
- Commencement bonus and resident stipend available.
- Transition to productivity-based compensation at year 3 with earning potential above $500,000.
- 36 paid vacation days per year + 5 days of CME per full-time FTE.
- $4000 stipend for CME per full-time FTE.
- Additional lifestyle benefits of $1000 annually.
- 2 paid days of volunteer work time off or for mental well-being.
- Student loan repayment/assistance program.
