Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at BlueWave Solutions. As an Electronics Technician - Shaft Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of our shaft conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conveyance System Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance tasks on the conveyor machines and inspect the shaft conveyor systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Conduct minor repairs to the shaft conveying equipment, including assembly and scheduled component changes.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials and supplies using forklifts for shaft transports.
- Shaft Operations: Inspect roof and wall stability, perform cleaning and stripping activities, and operate the shaft conveyor systems independently.
- Development Opportunities: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career.
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician or equivalent skilled worker qualification.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license for cars.
- Availability: Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system underground as well as on weekends and holidays.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate resilience, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
