We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed.
- Support oral hygiene and denture care during morning, after meals, and at bedtime.
- Document patient care records accurately, including intake and output information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care for geriatric patients with compassion and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
