Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our store, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.

Requirements

To be successful as a Janitorial Associate, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
