Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Server Associate to join our team at Beeches Manor. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely manner, ensuring a warm welcome to our restaurant.
  • Provide menus and answer initial questions from guests, taking care to inform them of our specials and recommendations.
  • Manage waitlists efficiently, keeping guests informed of wait times and offering alternatives when necessary.
  • Assign tables strategically, considering guest preferences and server workloads.
  • Engage with guests throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process to-go orders and phone calls, maintaining excellent communication with servers and kitchen staff.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Possess basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
  3. Excellent attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
  4. Patience and a customer-oriented approach are essential in this role.
  5. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and available to work flexible hours.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to stand for long periods, reaching and bending as needed.
  • Frequently lift up to 30 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
  • Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Category III – Rare contact with blood and body fluids.

Compensation and Benefits:
