- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cable installation or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cable systems, networking principles, and telecommunications equipment.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license is required.
