Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Supervisor to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for leading restoration efforts in fire and water property loss situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restoration teams in emergency response situations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of restoration plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand and execute the scope of work, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Supervise and mentor restoration technicians and labor, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify completion of work and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, project directors, and customers regarding project status and any relevant issues.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on water, fire, and mold mitigation.
  • Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Maintain a valid and current driver's license, with a CDL a plus.
  • Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
