Role Overview:
As a Class A CDL Truck Operator, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations, delivering essential products and materials to various locations.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee your vehicle is in excellent working order and safe for operation.
Record Keeping:
Keep precise logs of your driving hours and vehicle maintenance, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
Delivery Coordination:
Secure signatures or receipts upon delivery and manage payment collections as required.
Load Verification:
Ensure all load-related documentation is complete and accurate.
Route Optimization:
Utilize maps to identify the most efficient delivery routes.
Effective Communication:
Use in-cab technology to maintain communication with supervisors and team members.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety guidelines and policies as established by the Department of Transportation and our management team.
Team Collaboration:
Assist in loading and unloading cargo, operating necessary equipment, and providing support to your colleagues.
Working Hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience is required; familiarity with electric pallet jacks is advantageous.
