Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:


Utilize diverse strategies to source and engage potential candidates, including job advertisements, social media outreach, networking events, referrals, and recruitment fairs.

Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that align with the job specifications.

Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and compatibility with the role. Facilitate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

This role requires regular client interactions and on-site evaluations.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and other relevant software platforms.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service roles.
- High School Diploma is mandatory.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Taleo, Avatur, JobApp) and familiar with Adobe, MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, Canva, and social media platforms.

- Must be available for full-time office work, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

- A positive attitude and strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Benefits:

- Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour.
- Full-time in-office schedule, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM).
