Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Homemakers Furniture. This part-time role involves maintaining the cleanliness of our building's interior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, countertops, mirrors, floors, and other high-touch areas.
  • Restock supplies and ensure a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of rugs, carpets, and tile surfaces.
Working Conditions
  • The ideal candidate will be able to stand/walk for long periods, bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.
  • They will also need to push/pull objects and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Conditions may include hot/cold temperatures, dusty surroundings, and a noisy work environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13 per hour for this part-time weekend shift.

Requirements
  • Able to understand and follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Good physical stamina to handle tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Attention to detail to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
