Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

FlexCare Imaging is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in San Marcos, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and efficient imaging environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a clean and organized imaging environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and imaging outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a CT Technologist (CRT) or Registered Technologist (RT)
  • 2+ years of experience in CT imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
