Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Position

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team for a travel assignment in Cottage Grove, Oregon.

Job Summary:

Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, the Physical Therapy Assistant will provide high-quality patient care through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care services under the supervision of physical therapists
  • Conduct exercise and treatment programs to improve patient mobility and function
  • Assist with patient assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Experience working in an inpatient setting
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
