Job Description

As a Field Service Technician with Passport Technology USA, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at various locations.

Responsibilities
  • Install and upgrade equipment according to company standards and procedures.
  • Configure hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Test equipment to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Document installation and repairs accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills to provide excellent support to clients.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to understand customer issues and explain technical information clearly.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle appointments efficiently and stay on schedule.
  • Attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate reports relating to repairs.
  • Strong networking and PC skills to understand and work with various systems.
