Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU/CCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive measures to prevent adverse outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU/CCU care.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
