We are seeking an experienced Manual Labor Specialist to join our team at Metro Waterproofing Inc. This role involves performing manual labor tasks and assisting operations in worksites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materials
- Support tradespeople on-site, including welders, carpenters, painters, and others
- Transport materials (e.g., cement) and equipment (e.g., drills and grinders)
- Operate power tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts) when needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads (up to 40 pounds)
- Good hand-eye coordination and familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules and regulations
Compensation and Benefits:
