Rural Lending Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Commercial Loan Originator and Relationship Manager to join our team in Southwestern Nebraska and Northern Kansas.

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

1. Buid and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
4. Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.
5. Collaborate with Credit Administration to ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures.
