Valet Parking Attendant

The Valet Parking Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

• Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Unload luggage, assist guests with opening and closing vehicle doors, and inspect vehicles for safety hazards and pre-existing damage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, without causing damage to the vehicle, person, or property.
• Process guest payments accurately, maintain vehicle key inventory, and verify guest receipts match keys/vehicles before handing over keys.
• Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain a smooth flow of traffic.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Document and report any vehicle incidents, such as damages, accidents, thefts, or missing articles.
• Provide guests with directions, local information, and invitations to return soon.
• Ability to drive cars of all types and styles (automatic and manual transmission).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.

• Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and retain required licenses.
• Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member's department.
• Have knowledge of the Property's programs to address problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Valid Driver's License; Minimum of six (6) months driving experience with no citations.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds.

This role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is subjected to circulating throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players, and functioning of machines.
