Executive Chef - Culinary Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef - Culinary Lead to helm our kitchen and elevate our culinary offerings. As the leader of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a seasonal, locally-sourced menu that aligns with the restaurant's vision and brand. You will also oversee food preparation, ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation, and stay updated on culinary trends to incorporate innovative techniques into menu offerings.

About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining or upscale casual setting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations
- Passion for sourcing local ingredients and creating dishes that reflect a sense of place
- Commitment to upholding the restaurant's reputation and ensuring memorable guest experiences
