We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to patients in our outpatient clinic. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, and communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with healthcare teams
  • May round with physicians in an inpatient setting as needed
  • Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to inform nursing decisions
  • Work in a safe and alert manner, adhering to professional nursing standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent education
  • No experience required

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent standing and walking; occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, gripping, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
  • Rare crawling and running

Compensation and Benefits:

SSM Health offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, flexible payment options, and upfront tuition coverage through FlexPath Funded.
