Position Highlights:

Compensation:

  • Standard HHA/PCA: $19.00 per hour with benefits
  • Veteran Affairs Cases/Private Pay: $22.00 per hour
  • Live-In Positions: $260.00 per shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report findings to the supervising nurse
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments
  • Document care activities and observations accurately

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal training program
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, independent, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
