As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that's passionate about helping individuals recover from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.


Our Rehabilitation Programs

  • We offer customized, intensive rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of our patients.
  • Our therapy gym is equipped with advanced technology, including EKSO Skeleton, InMotion ARM, Virtual Reality, and more.
  • We're committed to providing ongoing care and specialized treatment to our patients throughout their recovery journey.

What You'll Do

  • You'll perform patient assessments and provide care in accordance with physician's orders and established plans of care.
  • You'll assess the effectiveness of treatment and modify treatment to achieve goals.
  • You'll plan for patient discharge and communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • You'll participate in performance improvement and program development activities.

Qualifications

  • You'll need a bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similarly titled area that's consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • You'll possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY).
  • You'll be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state.
  • You'll hold a current Basic Life Support/CPR card.
