About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Master Level Counselor to join our team at AMIkids Sandoval. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing individualized clinical services to youth in our care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each youth,
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to youth,
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care,
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of youth progress and treatment outcomes,
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in clinical services.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling),
  • Experience working with at-risk or troubled youth, preferred,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
