We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Cantata Senior Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy that showcases our brand and values.

• Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and our website.
• Manage and maintain our website's content management system (CMS) to ensure all content is up-to-date and search engine optimized.
• Analyze website metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content plans that support business initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices in content marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
