We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights.
- Perform cleaning duties in public areas and residents' apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
- Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
- Follow a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by the supervisor.
- Clean and/or polish all furnishings, fixtures, ledges, and heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and public areas.


Qualifications:

- One year of relevant experience in a similar environment is preferred, with on-the-job training.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
