Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Bassett Healthcare Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications according to established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor medication therapies and provide input on therapies and regimens for individual patients.
  • Educate and counsel patients on medications, side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel in a respectful manner.
  • Ensure compliance with NYS laws and regulations, as well as network policies and accreditation guidelines.
Requirements
  • 5-year degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, required.
  • Minimum one year experience as a registered pharmacist, preferred.
  • Licensed and currently registered in the state of New York to practice pharmacy, required.

Pay Range: $58.00 - $75.40 per hour.
