Position Overview:
Role: Pega LSA Developer
Location: Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12+ months (high potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong IT background with over 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 8 years in developing and implementing Pega solutions.
- Demonstrate experience as a development lead or architect, with a proven track record in executing large-scale Pega projects.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Pega application architecture.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the Pega 8.x platform and its latest functionalities.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to design Pega integration architectures alongside other technologies.
- Possess experience in the Pharmacy/PBM sector.
- Essential domain knowledge and experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
- Holding a Pega Lead System Architect certification is highly advantageous.
Benefits and Compensation:
Compensation ranges from $75 - $80 per hour on W2 or $85 - $90 per hour on C2C, depending on various factors such as education, experience, and specific job responsibilities.
