Salary: This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with weekly pay and guaranteed work hours. Additionally, we provide payment for both direct and indirect services rendered, as well as liability insurance coverage. Full-time employees are also eligible for health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits, available for those working a minimum of 30 hours per week.


Job Description: As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, developing individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings. You will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students, maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, and attend meetings to provide reports on student progress.


Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid North Carolina State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
