Reconstruction Specialist

PuroClean of Waconia is seeking a skilled Reconstruction Finisher to join our team. As a leading restoration company in Waconia, MN, we are committed to providing top-notch service to our clients.

• Perform finish work on reconstruction projects, including installing trim, baseboards, and other finish carpentry work.
• Paint and perform touch-up work to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Assist with general construction tasks as needed, maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.

• Prior experience in finish carpentry and construction (1+ years).
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Drywall and painting experience preferred but not required.
• Flooring experience preferred but not required.
