About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
  • Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration systems
  • Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to junior technicians
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
  • Valid driver's license and EPA Universal certification
  • Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
